Great backpack. Packaged very well prior to shipping in a nice cloth type wrap.First things - the positives:Zippers are great. Straps are fantastic. Has a torso strap as well (very important feature on a travel bag. Try running through an airport without it!). Materials and fit and finish are all very high quality for the price.The not so great:Padding is a bit thin, therefore laptop/tablet protection is something to mindful of on this. The internal compartments have no elastic or zippers or anyway to keep things from sliding out of them. The fabric is nylon of some sort - so while they work in a pinch to keep things organized, they can't be fully relied on.Summary - great bag for the price. The expandability is a nice feature for traveling. When its NOT expanded, it is 100% like a standard business bag, You can adjust the expansion amount with the straps on the sides. It's a nice feature.The external material is somewhere between a canvas and full on vinyl. It's a very strange in between - that I personally don't care for - but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with it. I just prefer a more fabric type feel, and less vinyl.Overall good bag - 4 stars instead of 5 due to some internal fit and finish and lack or organization that leaves a bit to be desired.
