This backpack has a nice, padded, fur lined compartment for your laptop and a fur lined compartment at the top, long enough to fit a cell phone and other things. The woolenex material feels more durable than the typical nylon Incase bags. My last incase bag lasted 10 years until the laptop compartment wore out on the bottom, causing the laptop to fall through the compartment into the bottom of the bag. Besides that, everything else on my old Incase bags (2) have held up - zippers, compartments, pads, straps, etc.
