The size is perfect for a mirrorless camera. Seems to be decent quality, especially for the price. Good value. Time will tell on durability, but seems well-made. Good amount of accessory pockets. One minor quibble: could use a 2nd velcro divider for more versatility in the interior.I was really surprised when I opened the packege. I was not expecting very much for the price, but this is an exceptionally good bag. I fit my DSLR with lens and extra lens and flash inside the bag. I also put two extra batteries and several SD cards in the outside pocket. After using my Amazon Basic bag for the past five years, I needed to replace it due to some broken zippers. I searched high and low for a mid-level backpack that would hold a camera and laptop. This backpack will not only hold your camera, laptop, and a plethora of other items I need to carry with me to baseball games. It's waterproof and easy to clean.Aunque un poco más pequeño que lo imaginado, pude igualmente ubicar en su interior todo lo necesario para una salida fotográfica. When I purchased this bag, I had trouble imagining its size, so I was a bit surprised to see how small it was when I unboxed it. I've found since then that it's the perfect size for my camera (a Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX7 with the Lumix G-Vario 14-42mm f3.5-5.6 II Mega OIS zoom,) a second lens (the Panasonic Lumix G Vario 45-150mm f4-5.6 ASPH Mega OIS telephoto zoom,) and the things I may need during a photo walk (notebook, pen, lens cleaning supplies, extra battery, etc.) I have a larger bag that I can grow into as I expand my collection of lenses and bodies but this bag will serve me well for keeping what I need at hand when I'm out shooting.Part of the reason I bought this specific bag is that the lid of the main compartment opens away from my body so that when I'm swapping lenses the lid is out of the way, allowing me to use the bag to hold the lens that I'm removing while I switch. I looked at many bags before deciding on this one and the lid was the deciding factor in my choosing the Altura bag. Another reason why I bought it is that while it looks like a camera bag, it doesn't have an ostentatious logo that would attract undue attention when I am out. I consider that having a smaller, dark colored bag is an advantage in that it may get overlooked by all but the most determined thief. Whether I am correct in that will remain to be seen.To date, I haven't had a chance to take the bag out, so I will update this review as needed after I have more real-world experience with it.5/29/20 Update: After using this bag for a few months, I've found it to be exactly what I had anticipated. the bag is small enough to be unobtrusive but large enough to allow me to carry the gear I need during a day out shooting. I also discovered the water resistance of the bag accidentally as I was eating lunch at a lakeside picnic table one afternoon recently. Scrambling to grab the bag that was blowing away, my nearly empty cup of soda spilled onto the bag. I simply wiped off the soda with a napkin. I can see no evidence of the spill.I realized that I didn't mention the other bag I have. It's a f.64 SCM large system bag. I bought it twenty years ago for about $100. It's still available at some photo dealers for the same price--considering the rate of inflation over the last twenty years ago, it's dropped in price since I bought it but it's protected my Olympus OM system for the last two decades. I'm about to clear it out to house my GX7's extended equipment collection--but when I go out on a photo jaunt, it'll be my Altura that comes with me!Perfect for travelIt has great style, quality and price.I'm a amateur photographer, my single camera and lens fits really nicely in the compartment.Had extra Rome for many more items plus my laptop.I love the style of backpack that has two levels. I always dreamed of something like this when carrying my camera bag in my regular backpack and not wanting to put things on top. The insert that comes with this backpack is meh. Since it's collapsible, it's too easy to collapse. But the rest of the backpack is great. The fabric is dirt and water resistant and is easy to wipe. The straps are much more comfortable than other backpacks I have tried. The side access to the camera section is easy to use. The water bottle pouch could be bigger but works for me. The tripod straps are done well - at the bottom but not ON the bottom, so you can still stand the backpack up straight, and the straps won't get dirty or scratched up. I like that it's slim while having a fair amount of space. The lower half is taller than the upper half which isn't useful for me. There's a couple of inches of space above the insert, and since I don't use very long lenses, it doesn't get used. The upper section is smaller because of that. You *could* put the camera in the top section. The insert fits, as they show in the video. The only think is that it's harder to access because of the flap. If I have to carry heavy things, I will put the camera on top and the other things on the bottom because I'm worried the divider will fall through. It's attached by velcro which isn't really that secure. Another backpack I tried had the middle divider attached with a zipper and that was better. If they're already using velcro, they could have made a wider strip of velcro around the perimeter of the backpack so that the divider can be placed lower or higher. I would love to have the chance to place it lower.Good backpack overall. Very pleased with it.Love this bag! Only just got it but it appears that it will stand up to heavy use. I bought it for a Nikon P900 camera and it has lots of room for charger, hoods, batteries, etc.I absolutely love this camera bag! I bought it for my Lumix FZ300. It fits perfectly in it and I can also put my wallet, many batteries, my filter case, my cell phone. I recently bought a Lumix G7. It fits in the bag with with my 14-42mm lense attached and there is still place for my 45-100 lense and all the things mentionned previously. Its a great first case with compartments and spots for other lenses, filters, and cleaning materials. Sturdy zippers and shoulder band. Fits the Nikon D3000 series and smaller lens really well.At first I thought it was a bit small for my fujifilm mirrorless camera but when I actually placed the items inside the bag, it was spacious enough. It's not as big as other camera bags, but it does the job. Padding inside the bag is sufficient enough. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. :)I like the protection
